What is Rewardoxy?
Rewardoxy is a free account for discovering game trials, app experiences, research surveys and other opportunities supplied by participating providers. Each provider controls eligibility, completion rules and review.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Creating an account, browsing opportunities and participating in available provider tasks are free. Optional one-time purchases on the Pricing page are separate account tools and are never required.
How does an opportunity work?
Open Dashboard, review the provider, eligibility and completion terms, then use the provider link and follow its instructions. A provider must confirm the activity before any applicable Credit or status is reflected in your account.
Will every opportunity be available to me?
No. Inventory and eligibility vary by provider, country, device and profile. The terms shown before you start are the terms that apply.
Why is an opportunity missing or still pending?
Provider callbacks can be delayed, reversed or rejected. Check My Offers and History first. If the provider's stated review window has passed, contact support with the opportunity name, date and your account email.
What is the difference between Reward Credit and Tool Credits?
Reward Credit is recorded only after a participating provider confirms activity. Tool Credits are non-cash usage units for optional account actions such as history exports. Tool Credits never buy task access, eligibility, approval or a cash payout.
What are the optional plans?
Pro plans are one-time purchases valid for 1 or 3 months. Both provide unlimited CSV activity-history exports during their validity. They do not create a subscription, add provider eligibility or guarantee a reward.
Are Stripe purchases subscriptions?
No. The 1800 Credit Pack ($19.90 USD), Pro plan for 1 month ($14.90 USD) and Pro plan for 3 months ($29.90 USD) are one-time purchases. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. After payment, return to Rewardoxy so we can verify and activate your purchase.
Can I use a VPN or duplicate account?
No. Use one genuine account and your real device and location. VPN masking, automation, duplicate accounts or misleading completion evidence can cause a provider rejection or account suspension.
How is my data handled?
Account, task, support and payment records are processed to operate the service, verify activity, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Stripe processes payment details; Rewardoxy does not store full card numbers. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I contact support?
Email support@rewardoxy.app with your account email, the relevant page or opportunity, and a short description of the issue. For payment questions, include the Stripe receipt or charge date.
