Information we collect

We collect account details, profile and eligibility information, task activity, reward and support records, device and security signals, and information you choose to send us. Stripe processes payment details for one-time tool purchases; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We provide accounts and tasks, verify completions, prevent abuse, calculate and display rewards, process support requests, operate optional one-time tool purchases, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Task providers may receive the data required to match and verify a task, as described when you start it.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers such as our hosted PostgreSQL database, Stripe, Brevo and participating task networks. Data is retained only as needed for these purposes, security, dispute handling and legal requirements. International providers may process data outside your country.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and contact us about a task or payment. Some records must be retained for fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Children and changes

The service is not intended for children. We may update this policy and will publish the current version on this page.
