These are one-time digital purchases with no automatic renewal. Tool Credits and plan access are activated after payment confirmation. Completed purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law, duplicate charges, a material technical failure or an approved exception.
Email support@rewardoxy.app with the account email, charge date, amount and reason. We will review requests promptly and issue approved refunds through Stripe to the original payment method.
Task rewards are not a product purchase. If a provider completion is missing or reversed, contact support with the task name and date so we can investigate with the provider. Reward amounts are subject to provider verification and terms.
